Back by popular demand the Ben Bikin BBQ Bash returns to beautiful Evans-Bossard Park in Sparta, Wisconsin this coming fall. The longest running contest in Wisconsin has become a favorite for many and this year will be no exception.

The continued highlight of the weekend will be the Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) Sanctioned State Championship Cook-Off.  Last year almost 30 teams from around the country came to compete for cash, prizes and bragging rites for the best barbeque in Wisconsin.

Be sure and mark your calendar for this exciting event coming September12th & 13th, 2008.  And by all means don't forget to take advantage of the fun and exciting things to do while you visit Sparta.  Our World Famous State Bike Trail will be open as well as the award winning Sparta Municipal Golf Course and many other attractions for the entire family.
